The school day starts at 8:45am and ends at 3:15pm
Pupils must arrive in school by 8:40am on each school day.
The register for the first session will be taken at 8:50 and will be kept open until 9:20am.
The register for the second session will be taken at 12:30pm in EYFS. 12:45pm in KS1 and 1:00pm in KS2 and will be kept open until 30 minutes after.
How we promote attendance at Swinton Queen Primary School
We ensure the school is welcoming and every child feels a sense of belonging and connectedness. We recognise the importance of good school attendance and how this can lead to better outcomes during a child’s education. We celebrate good and improving attendance and offer support to those children and families where attendance may become a concern. Individual certificates and rewards are presented termly to children who have good and improving attendance.
